Legality of car filling up from 'truck or bus diesel' pump

Truck diesel is the same as car diesel. It's illegal to use green diesel in cars, trucks etc. Due to the fact that there is no duty on green diesel, it can also, apparently damage the turbo, although i stand to be corrected on that. Green diesel is for use only in plant, i.e. dumpers, mini-diggers, tractors, etc.
 
The only differences are the higher flow-rate at the pumps designed to fill the huge bus / truck tanks quickly and the distance from the cash-desk (some now seem to be self-service pre-pay pumps).
 
Jeez, if you look around while putting in €30, you find you've put in 60 :)
