Legalities of Augusta 6 investment structure

Has anyone any comments on the investment structure of the Augusta syndicate? I spoke to my solicitor and he had grave concerns about the nominee arrangement. His concern was that the actual investment company is not discussed in any detail and if that went into liquidation that the entire investment could be lost.

Has anybody dealt with this issue before or invested with a different or superior structure?

While I've not investigated this in any great dept, I was wondering is this not a similar risk to investing in other similar stype investment vehicles ?
