Hi,
Both my Fiance and I have just received FPP on a site. Now we need to close payment on the site.
Our solicitor has asked whether the Title of the site should be vested in "Your Joint Names as Joint Tennants" or "Tennants in common".
He had previously explained this quiet some time ago, TBH the conversation has become a distant memory.
Can anyone explain the 2 - and the differences between them ?
Are we mad putting it in both names, would there be any advantages/disadvantages in putting it in just one name ?
Thanks,
Harry.
