New to askaboutmoney.com.
I have a query regarding setting up a news website.
Does anyone have any knowledge on the legality of setting up a News Website regarding upto minutes news reporting.
I understand the fact that I would need to be careful what I wrote in case of defamation, my query is more to do with is there a license needed to report news and if there are similiar websites in an area would they be able to close us down from any legal angle.
All news and photos would be original and would not be plagarised from any website.
