Hello All

Is €3,000 (excluding VAT and outlay) reasonable for legal fees in respect of the sale of a property?

€1,000,000 sale price.

In reality the value of the property should have little bearing on the cost of the solicitor.

A €100k sale could be much more complicated than a €1m sale.

But €3k would not be to bad.
