Legal costs - selling offices

I'm planning on selling two offices which are side by side.

They are probably worth around €200k each - maybe a little more.

Just wondering what the legal fees for selling both would be - ballpark?

Any solicitor recommendations in the Dublin area would be appreciated.

You probably need to give more info.............

Are they stand alone units?
Or part of a multi unit development?
Are they same title?
Registered or unregistered?
Would you hope to sell them both to one purchaser ?
Or is it more likely to be two separate transactions?
Do you have mortgages on each?
Are they vacant? Or tenanted?

Ball park ?- €2.5K each plus VAT and outlays- you can really only work out the outlays when you see the Title.

A little less if selling both, at the same time, to one purchaser.

There is very little going on in most solicitors' offices right now but most offices will be open for business again from June 8th - if you had the information above, a few calls to local solicitors should give you a better idea.
