I have a question regarding my house. I rent it to a guy, I use a leasing company, I ahd to drop rent substantially to get soem one (which is fair enough as he can not afford rent either). My question is how much do leasing companies take each month. I looked at my invoice they had taken 8% and then 21% VAT so
