If you were a cash purchaser then your Lease is with the Deeds - wherever they are. If you got a mortgage, then your Lease is with your Title Deeds and the lending institution will furnish you with a copy of your Lease - but they will charge. One other possibility might be to contact the management company and ask them if they could copy a generic copy ( i.e. the draft that was used for all ) and forward it to you. They will charge. If the property is Land Registry, you could apply to the Land Registry and they will let you have a copy of the Dealing under which your title was registered, which will include a copy of the Lease. Finally, if the purchase was recent, your solicitor may still have the Deeds and they can furnish you with a copy.
