Help! Does anyone know if there is a problem with this leaseback. Last year they changed to Park & Suites, subletting to this larger group. A letter came from Patrick Caillat, Directeur General of Hotelieres Nantes Atlantis recently, informing us that in future we would be dealing directly with Park & Suites. Today our quarterly payment arrived into our account, but instead of €1868 the payment was for €549, one month payment instead of 3. I don't have any contact number for the new organization and on phoning the aparthotel in Nantes Atlantis, I was told the manager of the hotel is not there and should be there tomorrow. I have a very uneasy feeling!
