Who should hold an owners lease? Should a management company hold a copy, and if they don't how can they prove I have to pay them management fees to them? I own several years fees and the Management Co can not produce a copy of my lease so do I have to produce mine.

Unless ordered by a court, no you do not of course have to produce any document that may be in your possession.

Management charges are often registered as a charge, (two very different meanings of the word charge here), with the land registry. If so the management company will not necessarily need to produce their copy of the lease.

It may be nearly impossible to sell your property while this is unresolved.
