Leaky Shower

Has anyone heard of having there shower tanked using a glassfibre cloth and resin? Apperantly this is applied on to the plasterboard and were the tray joins the wall.

I am moving into a newly finished house this weekend and need to tile my ensuite. Looking for the best solution for sealing shower.

The only time I've ever seen this product is on some of Duncan Stewart's TV programmes, seems like a great idea- especially for power showers.
