Laying heavy very heavy concrete/granite slabs

hi

i am in the process of doing some garden work and I have to lay very heavy concrete slabs and a really heavy large granite step.

these items can't be moved with normal liftling, even with 3/4 men.

is there a tool i can hire to do the lifting..i belive a suction pump type device is avaialble but have had no luck finding one online.
can anyone recommend a place that i could hire something to do this work...any help much appreciated

Sounds like you need some heavy hydraulic lifting equipment...I can't think of a company off hand but I would enquire at your local hire company like Sam Hire etc.
