Are there any additional penalties on top of the €140 for being late paying the PRTB?

Just to expand a little, my tenant moved in in August and I've been really tardy registering the tenancy - are the PRTB going to fine me or will I just have to pay the €140 late fee?

no fine, €140 late fee is all they look for to the best of my knowledge, as long as your tenant is still living in the property.
