Is anyone familiar with this area on the Oscar Traynor road and is it family friendly?

I viewed the showhouses last year and wasn't impressed. I can't remember the details but they're absolutely tiny for the price of them so I can't imagine them being very family friendly.

Yo i was due to view one tomorrow but cancelled when i found out there was no gas heating, only that electric storage heating. Just another thing to bear in mind...

I know Larch Hill very well and there are a lot of families living there. There is a lot of open communal green areas so it is family friendly in that repect. The houses/apartments vary in size so it depends on what you are looking at/for.

It is a lot more family friendly that other complexes and is fairly quiet.
