Laptop battery replacement

Hi all,been looking for a replacement battery for my dell inspiron 6000. I had a look on the dell website but they don't seem to sell them for my model anymore.Anyone know of any reliable site where i could pick one up? Thanks for any help.

No, different battery shape, not compatible

I'd second eBay with the caveat that you find a really reputable seller.

I just took delivery of a replacement battery today for an old Macintosh Powerbook G4. Got the battery on ebay, shipped from Hong Kong, for about €50 inc shipping - half the price it would have cost at the Apple Store Ireland. Delivery took about 10 days. So far, it the battery seems good, and the seller had thousands of positive reviews.

Got extra batteries for 2 510m laptops a while ago from ebay slot into the dvd slot very handy gave loads of life. Used dvd rarely enough not to be a nuisance.
