I recently purchased a apartment in a Block of apts build in 1994, to the right side where my front door exits to is a large green area. This green area actually is three sites according to the land registry, one the apartments rest on and two more. The green area comes to my front door and my two of my windows look out onto it.
The estate is not yet in charge of the coco but should be within the next two years, i should state that this green area is there since the dev was built in 1993/1994.
It is currently still owned by the now defunt developer of the estate but according to the CRO this company has been disolved as of 1996, so the question is who now ownes the land, can the CoCo take it on. It's worth noting that the coCo has been maintaining this green area for the last 12 years anyway.
Any advice would be appreciated,
