Selling home and there is an issue with the mapping of the boundary. We bought to the fence in our garden and now it seems a small section of the garden is on neighbours folio? We can clearly show where the fence was when we purchased but the old maps back in 2004 don't give good representation of boundaries. Seemingly digital mapping was done 10yrs ago and this may be the reason for this.
Anyone have the same issue here? If so what did you have to go through to get it sorted any help/advice would be great
