As a keen layabout on myhome.ie, I have to say I have never seen things move so slow. Especially in normally busy areas like Tallaght, there would normally be 15 - 20 homes appearing each day and today I think there has been 3 so far. Is this people hoping for stamp duty to disappear? Will all EA's have to sell their flash little cars soon? (boo hoo)
