I know that development very well from a few years ago.The houses and apartments are nice (well were nice then) but neighborhood is no good. Lot of anti-Social behavior, noise (parties till early morning) from neighboring estates, etc.
Simply put: Avoid at all costs. Very different from Monkstown Village closer to the seaside, which is generally speaking very nice.
