Hi,

I am thinking of buying a 2 bed house here. Has anyone any experience of this development. It seems nice and has all the amenities close by that I am looking for (pub, chinese and spar). I am working in Tullamore, but the house prices have gone crazy.

Any input would be appreciated.

Kilminchy is a lovely estate, I have been living here for the last few months and i love it. Has all the amenities you need in the estate, shop, pub, chemist, chinese, off license, a gym, and close enough to town too.
Estate is quiet, and very clean

Was looking at a 2 bed there last week at the back...tiny! and crappy road layout in terms of parking...looked more like a peasants abode than something you would spend nearly 200k on!
