I am wondering is there many people here using Keytrade? I have seen a post on boards.ie that says the way they have implemented the new funds legislation a little differently to other companies. Apparently you can still buy US ETFs without KIID documentation being supplied. You just have to tick a box to acknowledge it isnt available. Can anybody confirm that this is the case?

It looks like the fees are higher than Degiro. Any other positives or negatives I should know about?

I haven't bought US ETF with them but that tick box does come up when you go to buy them. Someone else might be able to confirm but I don't think they're still taking Irish residents.

I filled in the forms today and they didnt give any error when I said i was Irish. I suppose I will just have to see if anything comes up once they receive the postal application. Am I missing something or does this allow an easy way to buy ETFs without running into the deemed disposal and unable to carry losses issues?
