My wife and I recently applied to open an account with this company, their investment platform looked to be a really viable alternative to Rabo. Having heard nothing I contacted them yesterday only to be told that our application had been declined. I had fully satisfied all of their due diligence requirements so this was a bit of a surprise. Has anyone else had any similar experiences?

I applied for an account with Keytrade Belgium earlier this year, i was sent an email stating my application had been declined. No reason given!

Try opening an account with Keytrade Luxembourg. I have successfully opened an account in December 2017.
