property prices in brazil have escalated recently however i have heard from my cousin in peru that the prices there are a fraction of the costand he is aware of a lovely new development at the foothills of the peruvian mountains. in addition there is good rental return from the local shepards. i will get further info next time im talking to him

my cousin has to travel for 4 hours on mule to get to a phone so its not easy to make contact.however this development consists mainly of 2 bed houses with real floors.the cost varies from 35k to 42k euro.the rent is one goat per month and as much goats cheese as you can eat.the long term prospects are good as one of the shepherds has bought a horse and this will really speed up travel times
