I'm anxiously awaiting an answer from KBC about Restructuring my mortgage and am wondering if they have offered as yet anybody a split mortgage ? I have requested the term extension to as far as possible having just about completed a 4 year interest only and less than interest only arrangement but want to return to paying at least some capital, they were cagey with me when I mentioned a split as I had some credit card debt which I have now cleared as a result of their dissatisfaction as they mentioned my not giving priority etc. to my homeloan.
