KBC Mortgage switch

I have a mortgage with KBC - there is still 18 years left on it. Its for an apartment that is still in negative equity in Dublin. My interest rate is 4.25%. Thinking of renting it as building a house elsewhere in the country. My 2nd mortgage is with Haven.
Should I talk to Haven about moving apartment mortgage to them too? Or any other suggestions? Interest rate is very high....any suggestions what I should do? Thank you

It is expected that your KBC mortgage will be sold to Bank of Ireland. This could happen at any time. As you will see, Bank of Ireland has far higher rates than KBC, so you do need to something about it before your mortgage is sold. If you have a cheap tracker, you don't need to do anything...

Thank you. No I don't have cheap tracker unfortunately. Its a Flexi Annuity mortgage. So should I try switch to another provider or negotiate with KBC?
