KBC Credit Cards - KBC Incorrectly Applying Payments

The way the app presents credit card account information remains inscrutable and bizarre. While it indicates the "date of next payment," I can't see the actual amount that's due and there is no indication of when the billing cycle starts and ends. I hope this isn't some deliberate attempt to confuse customers in order to extract late payment charges. Perhaps it's a case for the regulator to look into.

Thanks for that. You are right, I had overlooked the PDFs. I still think though that this information should also be incorporated into the main information screen on the app itself.​
