KBC 12 Month Deposit

Hi.

Wondering if anyone has any opinions on KBC Ireland who are offering 4.1% AER on a 12 month term deposit account . I do know that their rating has been reduced from A- to A.

I have over 120k to invest from the sale of my house , but I dont want to tie it down for more than 1 year. Any suggestions.

Good rate, large bank, there have been very few complaints about KBC here.
 
Yeah lodged some money with KBC and found them great to deal with over the phone and no hassle opening an account or anything......rates are pretty good too.
 
I know the 15 month account with them is one of the best rates on the market and you can take out up to 25% of your funds which is handy. They have good demand rate accounts. I put some in EBS fixed (which allows 50% withdrawl without penalty) and some on deposit (a few banks have a decent rate around the 3% mark). Permo have a good 3 month fixed rate account too.
