I recently bought a property with a friend. We have decided to draw up a legal agreement in relation to the property as both of us think that this is a sensible thing to do (as you never know what could happen).
Its my first time buying property and thus never had to do up a agreement like this. I would be grateful for anyones input or experience in this , id like advice on what i should put into the contract and what i should keep an eye out for!
