Two friends and I are purchasing some property together. Would anyone have a joint-purchasing agreement/co-ownership agreement that I could copy?

It should cover such things as the death of one of us or if someone wants to sell their part of the house, etc.

A legal advisor should prepare this type of document for it to be legally binding in the future should any part of the agreement need to be enforced.
