Joint Owner Occupier Stamp Relief

I have a query where a friend of mine purchased a property with a relative to which they have claimed Owner Occupier stamp duty relief.

Only one of the members is residing in the property due to work circumstances for 2 years for the other. Is there a clawback on the relief? If so, what is this and what does this amount to?

check the revenue form SD10 on their website I think you'll find that the relevant provision is that the purchasers or one of them occupy the property as their principal or only residence. so no clawback. They may however have a CGT issue on the sale of the property.
