Joint or separate Form 12 filing when married??

Hi all,

Excuse my ignorance regarding these matters, but what is the story with submitting a form 12 when you are married ......when both spouses have non-paye income. Do both spouses submit a separate form 12 or do they just submit a form jointly or can it be done either way???

Put all on one form for Joint assessment, might be tax benefit from unused bands and credits Also depend on date of marraige
