Joint mortgage credit report

It appears on your credit report. If there are arrears, then they are noted.

But you can get your credit report online very easily so why not just do it and then you will see for yourself how it is reported.

Thanks for the replies.

Perhaps I was not clear in my questions.

What I'm curious about (mortgage not drawn down yet) is the following:

On my individual credit report will it be apparent that the mortgage is a joint mortgage that two people are paying?

Thanks

It's important to check your credit record from the CCR well before you start applying for a mortgage or another loan.

I have a joint mortgage with my wife since 2013 and I was the only one listed on the CCR. It seems it was down to poor customer information on the part of the lender. She'd been a customer before I had and it seems they didn't have her PPSN which was used for linking customer information.
