Joint deposit

Does anyone know of or can recommend a joint deposit account that my partner and I can both contribute regular monthly amounts to and we cant easily withdraw the money kn a whim?

I looked on raisin and have google searched but easily seeing anything suitable.

2% interest.
21 days notice stops withdrawals on a whim.

You can have 2 of these accounts atached to a single or joint customer account.
Maximum total deposits of 1k per month allowed into each account.
