Jobseekers Benefit entitlement?

Hi...I finished formal work in 2013, and my last Class A PRSI contributions were for 2014 based on some work I did. I did some work last year but paid Class S as it was deemed self employed. I continue to do some work this year on the same basis but not full time. Can I now claim Jobseekers Benefit based on my 2014 contributions? I am 53

Yes you can if you have been an employee in the last 4 years which you have been. See the below link for more information. You first step should be contacting your local welfare office.
