my partner sent in the forms to claim j.a. and we got a letter stating that she is entilted to 135.30 euro. i am also on j.b. and recieve 204.30.
we have no savings or anything.

im wondering is my partner recieving the correct amount and why is she not getting the full amount.

As JA is means-tested, the amount your partner gets cannot exceed what you would get on JB if you claimed for both of you - i.e. €339.60

The amount paid to her is correct.
