Jobseekers Allowance on Form11

Anyone know where Jobseekers allowance is included on the Form 11. As it is an allowance and not a benefit, I don't want to include in PAYE section. Is this normally included in exempt income?
 
Benefits should be included in your return, I use form 12 and there is space for benefits on that one, just run through the form one more time. .

Jobseekers's benefit is taxable and should be included on the form. Jobseeker's allowance is not
 
Understand that allowance is not taxable however my understanding is that all income is included on your tax return?
