My son is currently working as a substitute teacher for the past 3 years with 4-6 weeks of non teaching working work in the summer. During school year, some weeks no work, other weeks 2-3 days with some full weeks. Mixed pattern.
Question: based on this irregular pattern of work, will he continue to remain under job seeker rules & assessment? or at some stage will be have earned enough stamps to be under PRSI benefit rules?
