If people are any way unhappy with their redress amount they should appeal.I was unhappy with compensation part of ours for all the stress 9 years caused, I felt it wasn’t a good enough reflection. I filled in forms and appealed as you have nothing to lose, wasn’t expecting much if at all but was pleasantly surprised with our appeal. It was a smooth process for us and turned out with a good outcome.

No , if I remember right bank didn’t want one. I would have if I had to. Just letters from bro every so often to update on where appeal was at. Took about 6 months
