Its not a sub-let, tenant still lives there.no entitlement to sub-let
Back to this again...my understanding of subletting is taking in paying guests without the consent of the property owner, and without them being named on the lease with the property owner. Its not a sub-let, tenant still lives there
Yes it's on grounds of disability and that I refused hap ( I didn't and have the texts to prove it). The claim sent by threshold was sent before she received the NoT- intend to sell.It must be a disability claim so that she is taking to the WRC. She is disabled, can't use the stairs and you are discriminating against her by taking a case against her for using the sittingroom as a bedroom. She must also be planning on arguing that the sale is a fake one.
Print them, include the meta data, sign and date.have the texts to prove it
I don't know how to link it but if you go to the 'notice of termination guide' on rtb website, scroll to the very bottom then you'll see itWhat "return form" is being referred to in this Thread.
May be a seniority issue on my behalf.

You will need to be very careful. The issue with the hip seems very convenient to to justify the downstairs bedroom. Has she previously advised of a medical issue affecting mobility? To claim a disability or mobility issue won't be sufficient. If it goes further, she will have to prove she has these to claim discrimination on these grounds.
