Is there free Windows insulation for Elderly?

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone knew if there is any grant that I can avail of to have my windows and doors insulated? I got my attic insulated for free 2 years ago and was told recently that there maybe a grant or something like that to have windows insulated properly.
