Is the IT industry really shrinking like this?

Look at how it is on a downward trend. Does this reflect the reality of the IT industry, or is it just there are fewer IT jobs being advertised on job websites (or something like that?)

It's a poor enough website and more a reflection of the small share they have of the market. They seem to scrape data from a small number of external sites along with postings placed directly with them. Only 68 IT jobs listed there, IrishJobs has thousands.

I find that some agencies specialise in IT and others don't. But it changes, some agencies seem to moved away from IT specialisation and some have moved into it.

According to quick googling studies show that IT-industry is supposed to be growing 5% in 2018.

Stupid categorizations. They've excluded enginering and design/media from IT (must have advanced IT skills, Microsoft Office!!!!) Nonsense.

According to CompTIa's it-sector analysis, cant link it in this but should be found by googling. Ofc this study is just general analysis but you can see the trend.

I don't believe they publish research on the size of the Dublin market.
