I had the same problem and I emailed Meteor and got this reply:
Thank you for your Email.
Can I ask that you attempt to use the Online Store from another Terminal?
We have not been experiencing issues with the Website, so my feeling is that the Internet Connection you are using is routed outside of the ROI causing the Webpage not to go beyond the Meteor Homepage.
The Online Store does offer competitive discounts so I can understand your frustration with not being able to access it at this time.
As mentioned above if you can use a Terminal that is using an Internet Connection that is routed through the ROI, you should have no issue with accessing the Store.
