To clarify, have you gaps in your prsi record since returning and working in Ireland, and if so do the class 3 periods they are offering correspond with those gaps, if any?

No it doesn't seem to correspond with prsi record at all, it simply says class 3 from 2006 all the way upto 2023 , and I have a full prsi record for all those years if I want to buy back all those years ,it will cost 824 euros per year. Maybe I should send a letter with my prsi record again so?
 
If I were in your shoes I certainly would, and I'd include another copy of your PRSI statement also in case the previous one isn't on file for some reason.
 
Think if you "rely" on EU contributions they say it's all class 3 but the whole thing is so hard to follow.
