Is it possible to Transfer a Tracker mortgage from former Primary residence to my Primary residence?

Hi all
I'm new to Askaboutmoney but I'd appreciate some advice on my query if possible.

I have a BOI tracker mortgage on my original home (House A) which I subsequently rented after I got married.

I have a variable mortgage (from a different bank )with my wife on our current home which is our principle primary resudence ( House B).

Im considering selling the house (A) with the tracker mortgage at the moment.

If I do sell is it possible to Transfer the tracker mortgage on to my current home (House B)?

Appreciate and advice....
 
Bank of Ireland will be happy to see you paying off your tracker mortgage when you sell the house. There's absolutely nothing in it for them to facilitate you moving it across to your other property. They won't entertain such a proposition.
