I've recently completed a house extension which incorporates some of the back wall of my yard as part of the build (full permission for this was granted).
I would now like to add a garden gate in the remaining part of the wall to access my back yard. The house is based in Dublin city centre.
The gate would allow access to the back square behind my house. There are other houses in the square. There are other doors for neighboring yards on the same wall.
Would this be Exempt? Or do I need Planning Permission for a new access gate?
