i was told on the phone I was not part of redress but I've put a complaint in about this. Just wondering if anyone who is part has not received their letter yet? I'm hopeful it was a mistake and I'll get one still!
 
I see you said you got 3.25 as well in another thread??? This means you are part of the redress programme.
 
No. That was in 2012 when I realised this myself and fought them for it. I got no compensation and my refund was calculated differently-unfavourably too. They charged me higher fixed rate for the year of the cheaper svr I'd had and I got 996euro refund. I'm trying to get into redress now to get same terms as everyone else.
