Is anyone cutting grass yet?

I cut mine on the 5th of January.

The day was mild, the grass was dry, the ground reasonable so I brought out the old mower and gave it a trim.

I would usually not cut until the end of January/start of February but decided (like The Unbelievables) to get a clear run at the grass cutting year.

I must buy a sheep. I could have my grass cut and then eat the mower!

I raked my lawn at the weekend. This removed all of the winter leaves, twigs & loose grass.

24 hours later, the lawn looked fresher and greener. I won't be cutting until April.

cut my yesterday and cut the neighbours aswell. Looks all the better of it. Since the weather is dry and no frost i might as well do it.
