The day was mild, the grass was dry, the ground reasonable so I brought out the old mower and gave it a trim. I would usually not cut until the end of January/start of February but decided (like The Unbelievables) to get a clear run at the grass cutting year. I must buy a sheep. I could have my grass cut and then eat the mower!
