Irish stockerbrokers commission on irish government bonds

Actually i just found this with the cost to buying bonds from stock brokers in ireland.

bloxham seems the best since there is no annual fee with them.

Anyone used them for bonds?
 
I use Dolmens, who are cheaper and pretty factual concerning Bonds, both Irish and other countries Government Bonds as well as corporate Bonds.
 
Do you need a Custodian account to buy bonds through the brokers, or will they hold it for you?
What are the charges on this?
