Irish Life 'Select' shares

Looking at this Irish Life Product.
The Global Opportunities Fund: UK 14%, Irish 23%, Pacific 8%, US 18%, Eurozone 21%, Rest Europe7%.
Charge 1.5%pa with exit penalties in first 5 years.
I intend to stay maybe 10 years and can take some risk.
This looks a good spread- think the company has good record-
Any big draw backs I should be looking for.
